Enjoy this beautiful, renovated apartment, clean and lovingly maintained down to the last detail. It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, ideal for children but still a good size for adults to be comfortable too.

Living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom, and cozy terrace with sea views. The community offers a parking space and a pool. Just a 10-minute walk from the beach and easy access to Barcelona. The living-dining room has a Smart TV, sofa, table and chairs for 4, and the kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, utensils, pots, pans, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, etc., a full bathroom with a hairdryer, and a pleasant terrace with sea views. Ironing facilities, sheets, and bath towels are included. The bunk room also has a children's table and some toys for the little ones to have fun. A crib, high chair, and baby bath are available upon request. An umbrella and two beach chairs are available in the storage room. Pool/beach towels are also provided.

The building has a parking space, swimming pool and garden area.

The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area, surrounded by nature. The beach is a 10-minute walk away, or a 2-minute drive away. The bus stop to and from Barcelona is 2 minutes away, as is the supermarket. There are also playgrounds next to the apartment. You'll find several restaurants on the beach, and don't miss the beach bars, open from April to October, where you can enjoy a relaxing breakfast in the morning, a hearty lunch, or a cocktail at sunset.

The apartment is located on the third floor without an elevator, and to get to the pool you have to go down a few steps.
