The space

The apartment was completely renovated 2 years ago and has all the amenities for an ideal holiday by the sea: swimming pool, access to the beach, air conditioning, coffee maker, washing machine, high-speed Wi-Fi, etc. It is a perfect place to visit the vibrant city of Barcelona and then relax in a maritime atmosphere, where the sun shines all year round.
Barcelona can be reached by bus in about 40 minutes and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. There is a grocery store a 5-minute walk away, and many restaurants and beach bars around.

Services and common areas

Guests will have access to the entire complex where they can enjoy the swimming pool, beautiful garden areas and parking space. The complex has direct access to the beach.

- Documentation is required for all guests for police traveler registration.

- A member of our team will personally greet you to explain all the details. Note: check-ins after 10pm will incur an extra charge of €20, and after 12am the cost will be €30.

- Cot and high chair are available upon request.

- The cleaning fee includes general cleaning of the apartment and changing of bed linen. You must leave the apartment tidy, free of any leftover rubbish or food. Failure to comply with this rule may result in additional costs.

- All guests staying in tourist apartments must pay the tourist tax upon arrival or departure. This amount is €1 per adult per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights.
