Lovely beachfront apartment in Gavà, situated in an ideal setting for families looking to explore the city while enjoying the tranquility of this seaside area. From the terrace, you can enjoy views of the turquoise water, as well as beautiful vistas of the pool and gardens. The condominium provides direct access to the beach, a playground, tennis court, and is surrounded by excellent restaurants, services and bus stop. Barcelona is 20 minutes by car and airporty 10 minutes. A/C and WIFI.

The apartment has been recently renovated and has everything you need for an ideal vacation. The master bedroom with a 180 cm bed has an ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, and washer-dryer.

The terrace overlooking the sea is perfect for family dinners or relaxing in the evening. There is air conditioning in the living room that can cool the entire apartment, ceiling fans in the single bed rooms, heating in all rooms, high-speed wifi, bed linens, and bath towels.

The apartment belongs to a beautiful private urbanization where you can enjoy a large swimming pool, another one for children, gardens, and playgrounds. It has direct access to the beach and the promenade. Parking space included.

Next to the apartment, there is a luxurious gym and spa, and we would be delighted to book some tickets for you (not included).

The Gavà Mar area is famous for the number of celebrities and soccer players who live here. It's a very tranquil residential area with a beautiful long beach right in front of the apartment. The nearest supermarket is a 3-minute drive away, and the bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.

While we recommend renting a car for quicker transportation, the apartment's communication is excellent as it has a bus stop nearby, reaching Barcelona in about 40 minutes. The airport is a 7-minute taxi ride away.

HOUSE'S RULES

(failure to comply with these rules may result in an extra cost)

- The apartment is located in a quiet, residential and family area. Parties, loud music or any other noise that could disturb the rest of the neighbors are not allowed. The hours of silence are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. Clients must follow the communal rules of the building, which can be found at several points of the condominium (ex. towels cannot be hanged in the balconies, use the shower before using the swimmingpool, it's not allowed to take glass bottles to the swimming pool area, etc).

- The maximum capacity of the house is the one detailed in the description, including children and babies.

- It is mandatory to present the documentation of all guests for the local police travelers' registration (according to regulations: Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5). And the payment of the tourist tax, which will be paid at the time of arrival; € 1 per person and day. Applies from 17 years old and up to the first 7 days of stay.

- Check-ins after 10pm will have an extra charge of 20€

- Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment, and on the stairs and access areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- It is not allowed to move the furniture or change objects of place.

- On departure, garbage bags must be deposited in the street containers and delivered in an acceptable state, notifying of any damage caused during the stay. In no case will garbage bags be deposited within the neighborhood community. We remind you that the cleaning costs cover a general service and change of bed linen. It does not include collecting and washing kitchenware, utensils or removing garbage remains.

- The departure time is 11am (non-compliance with this rule will be charged with an additional night). The property reserves the right to vacate the belongings that are in the house at that time.

- Subletting or carrying out activities other than accommodation for vacation or temporary use is not allowed

- The guest is responsible for the custody of the keys and their return at the end of the stay. The emergency intervention due to loss, misplacement, forgetfulness inside or blocking of the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.

- The reservation includes supplies of electricity, water and, where appropriate, gas, based on responsible consumption *. Please turn off the lights, heating and air conditioning devices when the house is empty. And close windows and doors properly for safety.

Also, to take into account:

- Bed linen and bath towels are also included for the stay (not for use on the beach).

- As a courtesy, on arrival you will have bottled water, samples of coffee and tea capsules, dishwasher tablet, single-dose oil, vinegar and salt, amenities with gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper and dish soap.

- We put at your disposal a cot and high chair. Under petition.

- We ask that you make sure to take all your belongings with you upon departure, we cannot be held responsible for them if they are forgotten, or for their shipment
