The space features a living-dining area with a sofa, dining table and chairs, air conditioning throughout, super-fast 300 Mbps fiber optic WiFi, and a smart flat-screen TV. From this floor, you can access a terrace overlooking the hills of Sitges and the Mediterranean Sea, complete with a dining table and chairs for 8 people and a chill-out area with sofas, perfect for enjoying the sun all year round.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, induction hob, oven, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, and dishwasher.

Descending the stairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms, all with double glazing and access to their own private terraces. The master bedroom boasts a double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a large private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms feature trundle beds (2 beds in each room), a desk, and share another bathroom.

The duplex is located about a 10-minute drive from the popular city of Sitges, adorned with 7 km of fabulous beaches, bars, restaurants, and nightlife. There's a local beach less than a 10-minute walk away through the forest!

You'll be surrounded by magnificent hiking trails, hidden coves, secret beaches, and you'll find some local convenience stores and quaint small cafes within walking distance. The charming village of Vilanova i la Geltrú offers excellent beaches and ample shops and restaurants, just a 10-minute drive or a 25-minute walk if you feel like exploring like a local.

For families, a crib and a high chair are available with 48 hours' notice. There's an equipped playground a 3-minute walk from the property, and the communal pool area also has a children's pool with a depth of only 35-40 cm. Please note that the stylish duplex stairs are not suitable for small children, so please keep an eye on them.

Smoking is strictly allowed only in outdoor areas, and please, no parties or loud music after 10:00 pm.

The building has an elevator.

Arrivals after 10:00 pm incur an additional charge of €30, payable in cash upon arrival.
