Come and spend some timein Gavà Mar in this spacious and modern apartment by the sea. The building has a swimming pool and a large garden area. The apartment has been totally renovated last year. It has spacious living room, a beautiful sunny terrace with views of the mountains and the sea, a double room with a bathroom, another double room and one with bunk beds, and another bathroom. There is a washer/dryer, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. The beach is a 1-minute walk away, and there are cafes and grocery stores on the same street. Barcelona is 20 minutes away by car, and the bus is 1 minute away. It has a parking space for one car, and there is an elevator in the building.

The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances such as a filter coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, refrigerator with filtered water tap, microwave oven and ceramic hob. Bed linen and bath towels are also included.
