If you prefer to sleep quietly after a long day on the beach or in the city, this 75 sqm appartment, full of natural light and afternoon sun in a residential area is your place to be. To the beach you walk in 4 minutes and have two supermarkets round the corner at 1 minute walking distance. Connections to buses and train are as well within walking distance. Fully equipped with kitchen, Wifi, speaker, TV, washing machine, air conditioning and a small terrace. Pets on individual request only.

Two bedroom apartment near the beach, in a quite area but only 20 minutes away from barcelona and 15 min from the airport.

The apartment has been just refurbished, it has 2 rooms all with natural light.

In Castelldefels you can find a lot of restaurant and lively night-life. There are plenty of "chiringuitos" by the beach. The beach is very clean and wide.

There is an internal parking space in the same area, just under the apartment.

Lots of sports activities nearby, surfshops, paddelboard renting, the harbour Port Ginesta is at 500 meters a cable park for wakeboarding at 2km. Hiking (parque de Garraf), Biking (rentals nearby), Skating on a 6km long beach route - there are even a couple of quarterpipes and boxes on the way, baketballfield, tennis, paddel, running and swimming certainly. Fishing possible but poor.

Shopping centers: Barnasud commercial center, Sant Boi where u find from DIY to Decathlon´s giant Sports store. New outlet "Style hunter" - all these in between 3-5 km distance.

We are always reachable via Wassap.

It´s a very quiet zone where you find parking without having to enter the car although roofed parking is available. You can enjoy the beach life without the noise and hazzle.

Buses L95 - Plaza Catalunya, L96 - Sant Boi, Train station 15 minutes walking - connections to the city and Plaza España, the station "Francia" or the airport terminal.
