Beautiful apartment on the seafront on the beach of Gavà.

Spacious and bright apartment with three bedrooms, all doubles. Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave, it also has a Nespresso coffee machine. It has a full bathroom and an additional toilet.

The apartment has gas heating and hot water. Although it does not have air conditioning, its distribution and proximity to the sea causes a constant breeze that does not make it necessary.Even so, you can count on fans, if you need them.

The apartment is in a luxury complex with swimming pool, playground, garden areas and direct access to the beach. It includes a parking space.

It is ideally located just 5 minutes from Barcelona airport and some of the most prestigious tennis schools in the area, such as the Sánchez Casal Tennis Academy.

In the area you can do a multitude of water sports and also walk the promenade of more than 8 kilometers practicing running, cycling, rollerblading or walking. Nearby is the Olympic Channel, where you can practice cable skiing. There is also the possibility to rent a kayak or have fun in summer on the wibit.

In Gavá and very close to the apartment you will find some of the best known restaurants in the area. El Torreón just opposite, and very close to Tropical, Kauai or Las Marinas.

The closest supermarket is about a 5 minute walk away.

Perfect for enjoying the beach and the city of Barcelona, which can be reached by bus in 30 minutes or by car.
