HOUSE'S RULES

(Failure to comply with these rules may result in an extra cost)

- The apartment is located in a quiet, residential and family area. Parties, loud music or any other noise that may alter the rest of the neighbors are not allowed. The hours of silence are from 10 pm to 8 am

- The maximum capacity of the dwelling is the one detailed in the description, including children and babies.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment, and on the stairs and access areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- It is not allowed to move furniture or change objects.

- At the end of the rental period the garbage bags must be deposited in the street containers and delivered in an acceptable state, notifying of any damage caused during the stay. In no case will garbage bags be deposited within the neighborhood community.

We remind that cleaning costs cover a general service and change of bed linen. It does not include collecting and washing utensils, utensils or removing trash.

- Sublease or activities other than accommodation for holiday or temporary use are not allowed

- The guest is responsible for the custody of the keys and their return at the end of the stay. The emergency intervention due to loss, loss, forgetfulness inside or lock the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.

- The reservation does not include supplies of electricity, water and gas, based on responsible consumption *. A monthly payment will be made for supplies that will be regularized based on actual consumption.

- The deposit for damages and non-compliance will be paid by credit card and will be returned after the home check.

In addition, to take into account:

- Bed linen and bath towels are also included for the stay (not for use on the beach).

- As a courtesy, upon arrival you will have bottled water, samples of coffee and tea capsules, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar and salt pods, amenities with gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper and dishwasher soap.

- We put at your disposal a cot and high chair for a cost per stay of € 25. Under petition.

- We ask that when you leave the apartment you make sure you take all your belongings, we cannot be responsible for them in case of leaving them forgotten, nor for their shipment.

This house is rented only for periods exceeding 31 days. The signing of a temporary contract will be mandatory.

This property is equipped with an alarm system that has cameras. They are closed during the guests' stay. This closure can be checked by themselves.
