The access to Barcelona is in half an hour, the train station (Playa de Castelldefels) is a few minutes from the apartment, and the bus just in front, and is only 20 minutes from the airport.

The apartment is located on the beach of Castelldefels in a quiet neighborhood. Fully equipped, it is only three steps from the sand and the typical Chiringuitos (beach restaurants) that open in the months between April and October.

A bakery, an ice cream parlor and fish restaurants are nearby and other shops (pharmacy, bars, supermarket) are a few minutes walk away.

Castelldefels is a good place to go if you are dreaming of vacations at sea. It is a great place for kiters and windsurfers.

It is easily accessible by bus and train, and only 20 minutes from the airport. The city gives the opportunity to eat well, relax, especially if you are traveling with the family.

It is also a perfect place as a base to visit Barcelona too-there are two buses that take you directly to the center of Barcelona in 45 minutes. You can also take the train (7 minutes on foot from the apartment) that takes you directly to the center of Barcelona.

HOUSE'S RULES

(Failure to comply with these rules may result in an extra cost)

- The apartment is located in a quiet, residential and family area. Parties, loud music or any other noise that may alter the rest of the neighbors are not allowed. The hours of silence are from 10 pm to 8 am.

- The maximum capacity of the house is as detailed in the description, including children and babies

- We offer possibility of autonomous arrival, we will give the instructions to get the keys a few days before the date of entry. The arrival time is after 3 pm, unless another time has been agreed.

- It is mandatory to present the documentation of all guests for the registration of travelers of the local police (according to regulations: Article 2 of Order IRP / 418/2010, of August 5). And the payment of the tourist fee, which will be paid at the time of arrival; € 1 per person and day. Applies from 17 years and up to the first 7 days of stay.

- Arrivals after 10pm will have an additional cost of €20.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the establishment, and on the stairs and access areas.

- Pets are not allowed.

- It is not allowed to move furniture or change objects.

- The use of the swimming pool is exclusive of the lodged guests (other invited people are not allowed).

- Upon departure, the garbage bags must be deposited in the street containers and delivered in an acceptable state, notifying of any damage caused during the stay. In no case will garbage bags be deposited within the neighborhood community.

We remind that cleaning costs cover a general service and change of bed linen. It does not include collecting and washing utensils, utensils or removing trash.

- The departure time is 11 am (the breach of this rule will be charged with an additional night). The property reserves the right to evict the belongings that at that time will be found in the home.

- Sublease or activities other than accommodation for holiday or temporary use are not allowed.

- The guest is responsible for the custody of the keys and their return at the end of the stay. The emergency intervention due to loss, loss, forgetfulness inside or lock the lock will be the responsibility of the guest.

- The deposit for damages and non-compliance will be paid by credit card and will be returned after the home check.

- As a courtesy, upon arrival you will have bottled water, samples of coffee and tea capsules, dishwasher tablets, oil, vinegar and salt pods, amenities with gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper and dishwasher soap.

- We put at your disposal a cot and high chair for a cost per stay of € 25. Under petition.

- We ask that at the exit you make sure you take all your belongings, we cannot be responsible for them in case of leaving them forgotten, nor of their shipment.
