Cozy apartment located in a beachfront urbanization, very close to the airport and 20 minutes from Barcelona. Fully equipped and with capacity for 6 people. It has 3 double rooms and a bathroom, and a nice terrace from which to enjoy the sunset. The urbanization is ideal for families due to the tranquility, the pool, the playgrounds and the beach.

There is a supermarket in front of the apartment, and also a bus stop to go to Bcn. Airport 7 minutes by car

Accommodation

The apartment has a spacious living room with a terrace and beautiful views over the treetops. Fully equipped kitchen (dishes, utensils, kitchen utensils, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, dryer).It is distributed in 3 rooms, two of them with a double bed and one with bunk beds. It has a complete bathroom.

It is a third floor without elevator.

Services and common areas

Guests will have access to the entire urbanization in which to enjoy the pool, restaurant, playgrounds and beautiful garden areas. The urbanization has direct access to the beach and the promenade, ideal for cycling.

On the beach there is a yacht club where you can rent paddle surf boards, catamaran outings and windsurf and kitesurf courses.

- Documentation of all guests is required for registration of police travelers.

- Check-ins after 10pm will have an extra charge of € 20.

- The cleaning cost includes the general cleaning of the apartment and the change of sheets. You must leave the apartment collected, without the remains of garbage or food. Failure to comply with this rule may involve additional costs.
